项目选用了大量木质材料作为墙面、地板或家具，意图打造自然温馨的空间氛围。房间内部的家具陈设多选用简洁的单色款式，角落和边界处也点缀了许多绿植，进一步营造了安心舒适的“家的感觉”。

在纵向上与两间卧室对应的是两间阳光书房，与檐廊和开放露台相连。这里是工作和学习空间，一公一私，能够满足房主人独立工作和亲子教育的需求。

从客厅沿楼梯往上能够来到二层的过廊和开放露台，这里被设想可以打造成一个花房，屋顶上开玻璃天窗保证了充足的采光，使用者能够沐浴在阳光下——这里是休闲生活的空间。

住宅紧挨居民楼，容易暴露隐私，因此首先由玻璃顶的封闭通道形成第一层保护，其次将起居空间、卧室和卫生间这些更加私密的空间设置在隐私较好的一楼，最后房间的开窗尺度和位置也经过了模型的多轮测试。

儿童房和主人房分立于客厅两侧。主卧面积较大，因此单独设置了衣帽间、卫生间和婴儿床；儿童房则更加小巧，布置的书桌和储物柜是适合孩子们的尺度。

穿过入户通道，经过一段玻璃顶的明亮走廊，到达建筑最中心的客餐厅——这里是家庭集会、亲子休闲、接待客人的空间。

设计团队将外部建筑楼体挤压成的极窄通道设计成了透明玻璃顶的入户花园，将入户的节奏拆分为花园院落——储纳与展览通道——玄关，增强归家的仪式感，并充分利用空间。

项目位于天津五大道，是胡同内危房住宅的拆除重建。基址破败不堪，四周被密集林立的楼房和别墅挤压，本次项目的挑战，正是要将这些零碎而狭长的空间有效利用，修建一座小住宅，满足房主人家庭的日常起居和生活要求。

首先面临的突出问题，是处理狭长胡同形成的幽闭空间，项目在多处运用了较大面积的透明玻璃窗以引入外部自然和光线，并且在二层单独设置阳光房，营造窗明几净、温暖宜人的光线环境。

The project is located in Tianjin The Five Major Avenues, which is the demolition and reconstruction of dilapidated house in alleys. The site is dilapidated and surrounded by dense buildings and villas. The challenge of this project is to make effective use of these fragmented and narrow Spaces to build a small house that can meet the daily living and living requirements of the owner's  family.

The first promi nent problem is to deal with the claustrophobic space formed by narrow hutongs.The project uses a large area of transparent glass Windows in several places to bring in external nature and light, and a separate sun room is set on the second floor to create a warm and pleasant light environment with clear windows.

We turned the very narrow passageway into an entrance garden with a transparent glass roof.The rhythm of entering the house is divided into garden yard -- storage and exhibition passage -- porch to enhance the sense of returning home ceremony and make full use of the space.

Through the entrance passage and a bright corridor with a glass roof, the living room and dining room at the center of the building -- a space for family gatherings, parent-child relaxation, and reception of guests.

The house is close to the residential building, which is easy to expose privacy. Therefore, the first floor is protected by the closed passageway with glass roof. Secondly, the more private Spaces such as living space, bedroom and bathroom are set on the first floor with better privacy.Finally, the window size and location of the room were tested by several rounds of the model.

Children room and master room are separated at the two sides of the living room.The master bedroom is large, so it has a separate cloakroom, bathroom and crib. The children's room is even smaller, with desks and lockers designed to fit the children.

From the living room up the stairs to the second floor of the veranda and open terrace, which is conceived as a flower house, the users can bathe in the sunlight through the glass skylights on the roof -- a space for leisure and living.

Corresponding to the two bedrooms on the vertical side are two sunlit study rooms, connected to the cornived porch and open terrace. Here are work and study spaces, one public and one private, which can meet the needs of the homeowners for independent work and parent-child education.

A large number of wooden materials are used as walls, floors or furniture to create a natural and warm space atmosphere. The furnishings inside the room are mostly simple monochrome styles, and many green plants are dotted at the corners and borders to further create a comfortable "feeling of home".
